Can you copy a bag that I've seen?

Please do not please an order with the notion that a bag will be made for you, as an exact copy. Support other businesses and their creativity.

Do you ship internationally?

As of the current climate, we do not ship out of the United States.

What carriers do you use to ship?

We currently use USPS, but will be expanding carries in the coming months.

My order is time sensitive, can I rush shipping to receive my order faster?

We will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner.

What is your refund policy?

Orders can be refunded if items are returned in the same condition; unworn, with tags and packaging. When we received our item(s) back as directed, you will be issued a refund.
