How long does shipping take?
Usual orders take around 7 to 9 days, while Orders are typically processed within 2-3 weeks for custom orders.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns and exchanges can be done with a few requirements: The item can not be used, and sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
Are your products (bags, and pouches) waterproof?
Most of our designs are water resistant. Some items are made from cottons, which are not waterproof.
