DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Submitting an inquiry is free. If your idea is a good fit, I’ll send a preliminary price range. A $50 nonrefundable design deposit is required before sketches and detailed planning begin.

The deposit is credited toward the total cost of your custom piece. After the final design is approved, the remaining balance is due before materials are ordered and production begins.

REVISIONS AND APPROVAL

Your design deposit includes one initial concept and one revision round, along with final material and color selections. Reasonable changes may include color, hardware, print placement, or size adjustments.

Additional revisions or an entirely new concept may require another design fee. Once the final design is approved and production begins, the design is locked and further changes may not be possible.

TIMELINE AND COMMUNICATION

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from start to finish. This includes design planning, one revision round, material sourcing or custom printing, construction, and final inspection.

Your timeline begins after the design deposit is paid and I have all the information needed to start. Delays in approvals, answers, selections, or payment may extend the estimate. Shipping transit time is separate.

CANCELLATIONS AND FINAL SALE

The $50 design deposit becomes nonrefundable once design work begins. After the final design is approved and the remaining balance is paid, the order cannot be cancelled.

Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue, please contact Toka Madoka so I can make it right.
