Limited-collection pieces are made after your order is placed. My specialty fabrics are professionally printed in small batches, so only a limited number of orders can be accepted.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. This includes waiting for the custom fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, and inspection. Shipping transit time is separate.

Because every item is handmade, small variations may occur and are part of what makes each piece special.

Some everyday pieces are handmade ahead of time and listed as Ready to Ship. These items are already completed and available in limited quantities.

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection, careful packing, and shipment. If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, everything may ship together after the made-to-order pieces are complete.

If a limited piece sells out, you can join its waitlist to let me know you are interested in another batch.

• You will be notified if another batch is scheduled.
• Joining does not place an order or reserve an item.
• A restock is not guaranteed.
• The waitlist does not provide early access.

If ordering reopens, restocked items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Custom pieces begin with one of my available bag styles. We can personalize it with custom prints, colors, materials, hardware, and suitable design alterations. Not every structural change is possible.

Submitting an inquiry is free. After I review your idea, I will provide a preliminary price range. A $50 nonrefundable design deposit is required before sketches and detailed planning begin. The deposit is credited toward the total price.

The deposit includes one initial design concept, one revision round, final material and color selections, and a finalized price. Additional revisions or a new concept may require another design fee.

After approval, the remaining balance is due and the design becomes locked. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from start to finish. Custom orders are final sale.

Carrier transit time is separate from all production and processing estimates. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Eligible non-custom items may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue, please contact Toka Madoka so I can make it right.
